About the Internship

Bicore Chanakya ERP Pvt. Ltd. invites aspiring professionals to join our Internship Program as a Business Development Executive (Sales & Support). This program provides practical experience in business development, sales, and customer support, combined with comprehensive training in accounting, GST compliance, and our Chanakya ERP software.

Key Responsibilities & Training Areas

  • Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries via phone, understand their concerns, and provide basic troubleshooting support.
  • Technical Support: Analyze error logs, identify software issues, and apply solutions for problem resolution.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Update internal knowledge repositories with troubleshooting procedures and common solutions.
  • Issue Logging & Tracking: Document customer issues in a ticketing system, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Product Testing: Participate in software testing to identify potential bugs and enhance usability.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in creating user manuals, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
  • Training: Receive in-depth training on:
    • Chanakya ERP Software
    • Accounting
    • GST Compliance & Filing
    • And many more professional tools and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, support teams, and product managers to resolve complex issues and improve products.
  • Lead Qualification & Sales Prospecting: Evaluate leads to determine fit and initiate contact to introduce software solutions.
  • Demo Preparation & Presentation: Prepare and deliver effective product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Customer Qualification & Sales Pipeline Management: Conduct discovery calls, identify customer needs, and maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Build relationships with leads through follow-up messages and calls to nurture opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other key documentation.
  • Market Research: Gather and analyze data on competitors and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports.

Minimum Qualification
